How to Expect the Delivery

Once your rug order has been placed, we will keep you updated with its progress throughout each stage of the rug-making process. When the rug has been dispatched, we will send an email with the tracking details. You may also request updates of your order by emailing us at info@rugartisan.com.

All our rugs above 3 meters in width will incur handling charges based on the size. These will be automatically calculated and will show on your order summary when you Checkout.

We offer free worldwide shipping for our clients and customers.

All customs/import duties are borne by Rug Artisan alone.

Yes, we can deliver rugs on a priority basis. You may fill in our Contact form or email us at info@rugartisan.com with your rug measurements and the timelines you are looking for and one of our sales representatives will get reply shortly with a quote. Please keep in mind all priority deliveries have a surcharge based on individual orders.

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email stating the shipping time of the rug. Every weave type has a different shipping time. Our hand tufted and flatweave rugs have a lead time of 4-6 weeks, hand knotted will be 8-10 weeks. Please note that the delivery times may vary according to design and size of the rug.

Yes, you may change your delivery address after order placement. Please send the address change to orders@rugartisan.com and it will be updated in the system. However once the order is dispatched and you have received the order dispatch email, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

If there is an urgent request, then please email us and we will do our best to accomadate your request.
